  Please can you try manually installing both the root and intermediate certificate:
  
  The root certificate can be downloaded from the following page (under "Attachments"):
  https://support.comodo.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/969/108/root-comodo-rsa-certification-authority-sha-2
  
  The intermediate certificate can be direct-downloaded here:
  http://crt.comodoca.com/COMODORSACodeSigningCA.crt
  
  Then follow these steps to install the root and intermediate certificates under the computer account:

  Perfect, thank you.  Looks like I already had the root cert, but was missing the intermediate.  Once I had that Change Automation installed just fine.
