Issues detecting deleted objects

Hi,
We've been experiencing some issues lately with GetLatest and deleted objects. When we have some deleted objects we apply changes and after this the objects appear again with conflict. The thing is that the objects were deleted the first time, but they keep on appearing on GetLatest tab. The only solution we've found is unlink the database and link again.

Our version is 7.2.25.
