This looks like it could be a firewall issue. Please can you follow the steps in this article:
https://productsupport.red-gate.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002374673-Licensing-update-URLs-to-add-to-your-AllowList-in-firewall
If this doesn't help, it could be a corrupted installation. Please can you uninstall SQL Search using this uninstaller tool:
https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
Then reinstall SQL Search:
https://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLSearch/SQLSearch_3.5.3.2624.exe

i have Upgraded my SQL server management studio to version 15.0.18358.0 as the picture below and
I have downloaded the SQL server search from This link. when I install the SQL server I've got the following error:
ps: I have also Unsitall SQL toolbelt completely and install it once again with no change.
And here is my SQL Version Information :
I will be thankful if anyone suggests a solution.
