Restoring Default Distribution List, Application Settings

After an update (to 1.4.16.1316) I've lost all my application settings - stored server locations, distribution lists, etc. Can I restore from Application.BAK?  If not, is there a mechanism for restoring my lost settings?

    What version of SQL MultiScript did you update from when this occurred?

    I'm afraid I don't recall a specific number, though it was in the 1.4 family.  I make regular use of the application, so it wouldn't have been very old.  Is there a place I can query my update history?

    You could try just replacing the existing application.dat in the %AppData%\Red Gate\SQL Multi Script 1 folder
