Classic HTML comparison results report not working

I am using version 13.7.0.9250. When I generate a classic HTML comparison results report, no information is shown on the HTML page. Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks

I'm also having the same problem. The classic report won't open in any browser. When opening it in notepad it looks like the data is there.

I just upgraded to 13.7.3.9483 and have this issue as well. Why hasn't this been addressed yet? The product is useless to us with this bug. Time to rollback...

Apologies for not getting back sooner. We've reproduced this issue and logged it as SC-10434 in our internal bug tracking system.

We'll let you know once the fix is released.

We've released SQL Compare 13.7.4.9637, which has a fix for SC-10434, to our frequent updates channel.  You can turn on frequent updates from the Help menu.  Do the comparison reports work as you'd expect in this version?

How can we get the fix version (13.7.4.9637) as mine shows no updates available? I'm on 13.7.3.9483 (Standard).

You need to enable frequent updates in SQL Compare and it will show up. Can't recall how to do it off the top of my head, but that's how it's done.

Thank you egmiii, worked like a charm and I can generate classic reports now.

This should be included in the STANDARD updates. ITS a critical part of the this application as the classic html report is what developers prefer vs the interactive one which has no side by side comparisons.

This wasn't viewed as a critical fix, so was pushed to frequent updates first as is the normal manner.
The release notes contain both frequent updates and standard releases so are really the proper place to keep track of whats going out (https://documentation.red-gate.com/sc13/release-notes-and-other-versions/sql-compare-13-7-release-notes).
