Cannot Add new Source Control: "A duplicate definition was found for the user" ??

Trying to add a database to Source Control but it errors with
"A duplicate definition was found for the user XXX
 Ensure that case sensitivity options are set correctly and all object creation scripts are valid.If the problem persists, contact Redgate support"

Can someone expand on what steps should be taken to resolve?

    Hi, thank you for your forum post.

    Just to confirm, you experience this error when first attempting to link a database to source control?

    It does not occur when the project is refreshed after successful commit or get latest? 

    I will send to you a private message, as I will need to get log files from you to work what is occurring.
