Bare permissions necessary on TempDB

Hi, 

We are trying to commit our initial source DB objects to a working folder (in order to push to GIT). We are having permissions issues when trying to link and commit from our tempDB. What are the bare permissions necessary that DBA team needs to set in order to use Redgate SQL Source Control?

This is an urgent need.
