Why: Auto-selecting everything to commit after an undo-changes

If source-control shows you a number of changes and through reviewing them you notice that one item has change which are only rogue debug lines left in and you want to undo the changes of that one item, when you open up the undo-changes box and select that one item to undo, having completed the undo and returning to the changes screen the application auto-selects all the items that have changed (Even though none were selected prior to the undo). 

Is this by design and if so what's the rationale behind it?

    I've managed to reproduce this. I agree that it's somewhat confusing behavior and could be considered a bug. Can you put a ticket into Redgate support? That way we can keep track of this issue.
