Hi @MattARS,
Sorry to hear that you are unable to use Prompt on a specific PC.
Can you please fill in your e-mail address and click "Send Error Report" ? This way, we'll be able to take a look at the exception's stacktrace.
Also, can you tell us what versions of Prompt and SSMS(17.1, 17.2 etc) you are using?
Can you also do a search on the PC, and tell us if you have a RedGate.SharedSSMS.2017 dll ? What is the version of the dll?
