SQLCompare.exe ended with exit code 79

So, am getting this error in my TeamCity logs when trying to run a build. This is on the DLM Automation Build step. We are using version 2.0.26.606, so totally up to date.

I have an idea that this is to do with migration scripts as the project seems to build a few of the tables in the database and then tries to go straight to a migration script. Not sure why this should be though.

I guess I am asking, should we delete all the older migration scripts and start again with a fresh repository?
