SQL Test failing due to picking up on another test Sproc

The SQLCop procedure [test Procedures that call undocumented] is picking up on another SQLCop procedure and failing. The other procedure is [test Tables without any data]

    What version of SQL Test are you using?

    What Version of SQL Server is SQL Test installed upon?

    What steps and actions did you perform prior to the error occurring?

    Here are the details you requested..

    What version of SQL Test are you using? 1.5.2.448

    What Version of SQL Server is SQL Test installed upon? SQL 2012

    What steps and actions did you perform prior to the error occurring?
      In management Studio i opened SQL test Then added my database in to be tested I selected "Add SQL Cop Static Analysis Tests" I then ran tests against the database

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have a reproduction of the problem. Therefore I submitted a new Bug Report whose reference is SQT-467. Hopefully this problem will be resolved in a future version of SQL Test.
