Losing project configuration

Intermittently, when I change the database target for the compare, my selected list of tables and views get lost, and all items are compared. This is causing me problems, as I have to go through a list of very 200 objects reselecting the one I want to compare. Is this a known problem, or amy I doing something wrong?

    Yes this is a known problem with version 5. We've fixed it for the upcoming version 6 release.

    There is an Alpha available if you want to try it out. Have a look on the SQL Data Compare 6 Alpha forum.

    We'll also be bringing out a release candidate in the very near future.
