    Brilliant! - this is exactly the sort of thing we're looking for people to find. Can you explain how you got this error. Was it repeatable or did it just happen the once?

    This happened only once. I am trying to replicate it but it's not happening again. I was playing aroud with object which could not be compared when this happened.

    I had a feeling it would be something along those lines, we've been seeing errors like that prior to Alpha although we thought we'd caught all of the issues.

    I suppose things of interest that certainly change the behaviour is...

    Were you comparing live->live or backup->live or backup->backup or live->backup?

    Did you have a saved project or was it ad-hoc?

    Had you clicked on the tables&views of the project configuration prior to attempting to re-map the object?

    Were you looking at the tables grouped or in a list?

    Mainly we were seeing errors when attempting to set a custom comparison key so we'll have a good look into remapping objects also.
