No connection could be made

Running ANTS via Remote Desktop on Windows 2003 Server, performance profiling ASP.NET application a message is received, Error stopping IIASAdmin.
This is from the event log on the machine:

Unable to start profiler - exception details System.Exception: Error stopping IISAdmin ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

We'd appreciate your suggestions in order to get this working!

    Hello Peter,

    Please try ANTS Profiler version 2.7. At least on Windows 2003, it does not require a restart of IIS, so it should definitely prevent any issues that have to do with restarting IIS.
