Problems upgrading sql monitor 4

Hello. I'm attempting to upgrade my sqlmonitor 3 to 4.

When it's getting to the part it tries to install i get an error.
Window says Sql Monitor Web 4.
The path C:\{8CEFFADC-BCB7-4D16-9F92-6DB1FFD1282F}\unpacked\web.msi cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package web.msi in a folder from which you can install the product Sql Monitor Web 3.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

    It looks like something in your installation of the web service got corrupted somehow. Are you not able to uninstall "SQL Monitor Web 3" in Programs and Features?

    I've solved this issue in the past by reinstalling the current version (just re-run the installer you originally used), then running the version 4 installer again. (You may need to browse to the .msi files, but it should work.)

    For everyone else. Resolution was to find the exact version installed and reinstall it.

    After that upgrade worked just fine.
