For everyone else. Resolution was to find the exact version installed and reinstall it.
After that upgrade worked just fine.

Problems upgrading sql monitor 4
Hello. I'm attempting to upgrade my sqlmonitor 3 to 4.
When it's getting to the part it tries to install i get an error.
Window says Sql Monitor Web 4.
The path C:\{8CEFFADC-BCB7-4D16-9F92-6DB1FFD...
static content is missing
It seems that all my static content is missing. no css files.
I don't have the static folder in C:\Program Files\Red Gate\SQL Monitor 3\WebSite
and the monitoring website looks just awful.
Do I nee...
