I am the support engineer that is investigating this issue you have reported. I am really sorry about the inconvenience this is causing on your side.
Please can you confirm the following:
- version of SQL Server hosting the RedGateMonitor database
- Are you able to send us a screenshot of the behaviour you have described in your post?
- The Win OS + SQL Server that the sql server instance is running on?
Please send this info across via the support case email that I just sent so that the attachment can be reviewed on our side.
Thanks for your patience and feedback in this matter. -
Hi RajK,
I'm Red Gate Friends, so I don't have any account in support. Should I send your request to support anyway or to other mail?
Thanks, -
Thanks for your response. Please send the attachment to the other email which has the support case number. I should be able to pick it up there.
Have a great day!

But if I choose one point in particularly, wrong value.
Example:
Log1 : 1GB
Log2 : 1GB
Log3 :1GB
log4 : 1GB
Total : 4GB OK.
Any point show 1GB: Wrong.
Thanks,
