Comparison brings up no tables to compare

I have a program that uses an Access database as its backend. I needed to do a comparison on the data, so I imported the old database and the new database to two databases on SQL server. There haven't been any schema changes to the database, just data. When I choose the two databases to compare, the page that normally has the tables that you can compare is blank. I tried putting the databases on SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, and one of each. I tried comparing a couple of databases that I created earlier, and they seem to work fine.

Not quite sure what I might need to do to resolve this. Any suggestions?

You need to set primary keys or unique contraints on the tables to perform a comparison.

    Hope this helps.

    That did it for me.

Also, it says that today is the last day of my trial. Any way that I could get that extended?
