Version 7.0 introduces integrated decompilation, a new feature that lets you decompile third-party and framework methods directly from the profiler interface.
It also extends profiling support to SharePoint 2010, IIS Express, and cloud-hosted applications in Azure and Amazon EC2.
7.0 also includes an early access build of continuous profiling, a new profiling mode for IIS. More details can be found in the release notes
