Blue group in Object Retention Graph

Hi,

When watching the Object Retention Graph I've noticed that some of the classes are grouped into light blue rectangles. What is the purpose of that kind of grouping?

    It says "Objects grouped in a box are strongly connected...". What does it actually mean? Is the regular reference considered strong connection?
