The paid for Flyway distributions are available through the typical Redgate ecosystem and can be accessed via the customer portal or flyway/installers.
The Open Source Software artifacts are hosted elsewhere to comply with the freeware expectations of the open source community.
The all the artifacts and source code for the OSS versions are available on Github.

This approach also compliments the Community contributions initiative for introducing new database types to be supported by Flyway.
