You have a supported Flyway license and you're seeing this error message:
WARNING: An expired Flyway license key was provided; fell back to Community Edition.This is because you have supplied a static license that had since expired. You can dynamically fetch a refreshed license using the following command to re-authenticate:
flyway auth -IAgreeToTheEula
This process requires an internet connection to the Redgate licensing servers.
Alternatively, you can create a new permit.
