Have you checked under Extensions in SSMS 22 to see if SQL Prompt is listed there instead of the old top level menu? If it is enabled but the toolbar is hidden, you might also try resetting the SSMS window layout or reinstalling SQL Prompt to restore the menu integration. @fnf / comments

Thanks for pointing that out! Good catch on the XML export — if it’s still pulling in all objects instead of respecting hidden ones, that definitely sounds like behavior that needs to be aligned with the PDF fix. Not sure whether fnf should be tracked as a separate bug or tied to the existing one, but it’s probably worth flagging so the team can decide how they want to handle it.
