We're bumping into this same issue trying to get Source Control working with SSMS22. After installing v8.1.0.22472 as suggested earlier in this thread, we I see the Source Control extension but when I try to configure a database to use it, I'm met with the error below (as well as a much more detailed error report to send to Redgate, which I've sent). "To use this database with SQL Source Control, you must have Team Explorer installed. This is installed with Visual Studio. If you have Team Explorer 2013 or later, you also need to either use SQL Server Management Studio 2012 or later, or install an earlier version of Team Explorer (eg Team Explorer 2012). You don't have to uninstall Team Explorer 2013." / comments
