Hi Don, This error is usually observed when the Top Queries Search indexes get corrupted.
Stop the Redgate Monitor Base Monitor service.
Delete the TopQueries Search folder. This would be typically be at C:\ProgramData\Red Gate\Redgate Monitor\SearchEngine\SqlQueries
Restart the Base Monitor Service
Once the folder is deleted, the indexes will rebuild correctly and the errors would no longer be observed. Note:
Deleting the indexes will not impact any of the Top Queries. It will
only impact the Top Query Search function until these indexes get
rebuilt.
Please let us know if this helps. / comments

Hi Chris, This seems to be working on the latest version of Prompt (10.14.23) and for an on-prem SQL Server

Are you seeing this on a similar configuration or is it different? If its an earlier version of Prompt, could you check if upgrading to the latest version works? / comments

Hi Justin, The SQL Backup converter utility and relevant files can be found in the SQL Backup installation folder (by default, %ProgramFiles%\Red Gate\SQL Backup 10 on 32-bit machines and %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Red Gate\SQL Backup 10 on 64-bit machines). In case you do not have the SQL Backup installed, you could download it from here and install it. Once this is installed, you should be able to use the SQB Converter Utility. Please let me know if this helps. Best Regards, Sujay / comments

Hi Tom, The Redgate portal has switched to the new format from 1st July 2024. You would have used the legacy portal format earlier. For the license (when clicked on the product) on the usage tab, you should see the existing allocation under the "Device". Selecting the device and clicking "Remove" should free up the usage on the old system.

Once this is done, you can activate the license on the new system. Please let me know if this helps. Regards, Sujay
