Hi there, Thank you for reaching out about SQL Prompt. What version of SSMS are you using? I am attempting to recreate your issue but seem to have no issues with Column Picker on v10.13.7.360. Kind Regards, David K. Product Support Engineer

Hi there,, Thank you for sending that over. This type of error usually indicates an issue with the SMTP server rather than SQL Monitor itself. Do you have a telnet/ssh type client available that you can test smtp connectivity outside of Monitor with? Kind Regards, David K Product Support Engineer

Hi there, I apologize for the delayed response. You should only need the certificate installed on your Server B which hosts the Web Service and Base Monitor Service.

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out about SQL Monitor. The most likely cause of this is that you likely don't have a CA signed
certificate installed in your SQL machines trusted root store. This site explains how to install a trusting root certificate: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skype-sdk/sdn/articles/installing-the-trusted-root-certificate. It is possible to bypass it if you don't need one: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17615260/the-certificate-chain-was-issued-by-an-authority-that-is-not-trusted-when-conn (at your own risk, obviously). Hi there, Thank you for reaching out and I apologize that you are running into issues with SQL Prompt. Unfortunately, SQL History does not have a sort by date option. Your best bet would be to utilize the Advanced Search and configure the Search Period to best match whichever Query you are looking for. I highly recommend that you input a feature request into our UserVoice. Our development team regularly looks through it, and if a feature gains enough traction, they will consider implementing it. https://redgate.uservoice.com/forums/94413-sql-prompt Kind Regards, David K. Hi @dm1019, Thank you for reaching out and I apologize that you are running into issues with SQL Monitor. This seems to be a known issue that the development team is currently looking into; however, there is a known workaround. Can you try deleting the entry from the credentials manager for the
SQL_Monitor_Installer_Account ? The installer should
run successfully and then re-enter the new credentials to save them
again in the obfuscated format. Or log in as a new user since the
credentials are stored for the user running the installer. Kind Regards, David K Product Support Engineer

Hi dkusleika, Thank you for the update. The development team has confirmed that the Tab History search issue is a bug and are currently looking into it. In the meantime, you can use SQL History as it provides the same functionality but just with a different UI. Kind Regards, David K. Product Support Engineer
