Column Picker Grayed Out

Hello, 
The Column Picker is extremely helpful, but now it seems to have stopped working. I am on 10.13.7.360 (I just updated it hoping it would resolve the issue.) Even in the past, it seem to work for a while, and then stop working for extended periods of time. Is there any way to 'reset' it or force it to look for the columns?

    What version of SSMS are you using? I am attempting to recreate your issue but seem to have no issues with Column Picker on v10.13.7.360.
