Hi All, There has been a fix released in SQL Prompt 10.16.5.15563 As part of this release the ADS timebomb has been extended. In light of Microsoft announcement yesterday, The extension is for 3 months only. Update the ADS version to 0.2.16. (attached) I sympathise with your frustrations, I want to reassure you that we are in constant communication with the development team to try to highlight the volume of concerns we have on this matter. / comments

Hi, I'm afraid this is decision that will be made by the development team. We (support) still do not have an answer from them. If you wish to be updated with further information as to what the future of SQL Prompt in ADS looks like, please raise a support ticket via your customer portal or by emailing support@red-gate.com. Once a decision has been made it is likely that a post will be pushed to the forums, however, for faster updates customers with open support tickets tend to get quicker responses. / comments

Hi Dennis, Not yet! There's some permissions information now included with enterprise tier of Redgate Monitor (with option to export) that might match your use case but It's still in early stages and development's hoping to expand what's captured here with additional auditing. We do have a demo site that I'll link below to give you an idea. https://monitor.red-gate.com/Security/Permissions / comments

Hi, The complexity here is that Tab History was replaced with SQL History between the two versions you mention. Assuming that you don't already have a SQL History file on the new machine that you would like to keep, so we are treating this as a brand new install, then you can copy the SavedTabs.db (It may be called something slightly different but its the.db file in %localappdata%/red gate/sql prompt 10 ) over to the new machine, same location as old one. Then delete the existing SQL History file in that location (if exists). However, If you have history in the new SQL History file that you don't want to lose and you want to merge the old tab history and the new sql history, then unfortunately this is not possible. / comments
