Sarah, Thanks for your response. My installation doesn't fail, it just stays at 99% for hours and doesn't do anything. I checked the folder you specified and the only .rgupdate file I see is .rgupdate_good_8.5.2.3071. Please let me know how can I resolve my issue. / comments
