SQL Change Automation Installation

I have SQL toolbelt license and I have installed the tools. I'm now trying to install SQL Change Automation and it gets stuck at a point as shown in the screen shot here. This is my 3rd attempt to install and it gets stuck at 99% every time.

    Hi @hkapadia

    Thanks for posting.

    If your upgrade installation is stuck at 99% and then fails after few minutes, there is usually an issue with the Redgate Client service upgrade.

    Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Red Gate\Shared Client, delete any files named .rgupdate_bad_x.x.x.xxxx ​ and try again.

    Thanks for your response. My installation doesn't fail, it just stays at 99% for hours and doesn't do anything. I checked the folder you specified and the only .rgupdate file I see is .rgupdate_good_8.5.2.3071.

    Please let me know how can I resolve my issue.
