Resolved. When we had to restore from DB failure, the script was not in the older version of the Master DB. rerunning the script on Master got the tracking back up and running. / comments

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately SQL Prompt no longer supports SSMS 2008R2 and lower. You can upgrade your version of SSMS for free here

@James R I have SQL 2016 SSMS studio, I my menu is grayed out also. To be fair, my work station has 2008 r2 and 2014 - so perhaps that's where the failure comes from. / comments
