Hi again David,
We should definitely be formatting the columns using the options on the DDL page, sorry! We've got a fix for the issue here and will hopefully have it released in the next few days. I've logged this internally as ticket SP-6362.
Thanks!

Hi @JornSjostrom,
Unfortunately xml.query is not supported by SQL Prompt at the moment. I'd recommend adding a suggestion to the SQL Prompt uservoice page here and we may revisit it in the future.
Thanks!

Hi again Torsten,
I've done some research and found that this is a undocumented option. Because of this I'm not sure if we'll get round to adding support for it soon, but we'll discuss as a team and I'll get back to you here.
Sorry I can't be more helpful!
Thanks,

Hi @GHauan,
Unfortunately SQL Prompt does not support suggestions directly from SSDT projects at the moment. Adding support for SSDT is currently on our public roadmap
I'd recommend adding a suggestion to uservoice here or voting on an existing suggestion.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!
Thanks,

Hi @NigelA, a quick update from us.
Unfortunately this is a bug in the Microsoft parser we use as part of SQL Prompt so there's not much we can do about it apart from report the bug to them.
Sorry I can't be more helpful than that! Hopefully it won't be broken forever. We've logged this under ticket SP-6350.
Thanks,

Hi @TomPurnell, do you have any update on this?
We've done a bit more looking into it and we don't think it's something we can fix here unfortunately [image]

Hi @TomPurnell,
Thanks for your post. I've not managed to reproduce this locally so could do with some more information from you.
Does the error still happen if you navigate to SQL Prompt > Options > Suggestions > Behaviour and disable "Show actions list for selected text"?
Do you have any extra shortcuts enabled for changing the language layout in windows? (See here for more information)
Hope this helps! / comments

Hi @MikeK,
Thanks for your post! As you've noticed this is similar to an issue with whitespace in 'workspaceID' (https://forum.red-gate.com/discussion/80957/error-dialog-when-using-ssms-invalid-name-character-in-workstation-id#latest). We're looking into it but haven't managed to reproduce it locally yet.
To help us reproduce the issue, do you use any Additional Connection Parameters when connecting to your server? If so, what is the value of those parameters?
I'll update here if we have any progress [image]
Thanks, / comments
