@Jessica R, I still get the error. I set the RGTEMP under my user variables. Is there a newer install I should try? I do see files in that temp folder for SQL Source Control and SQL Search, but nothing else. / comments

Looks like the issue is the files the update downloads go to the temp folder under my user account. Our IT department has a policy that executable cannot run from either that temp folder or the download folder. Is there any way to download these files to a different directory or give us the option to download them to a different directory? / comments
