I think maybe if you sent one e-mail, daily, weekly, whatever, saying you have X number of unresolved recommendations. It would prompt you to login to SQL Response and read them in there and then work to resolve them, if you wanted to.
In this way it would remind you to look at them, but not be bombarded with lots of extra e-mails.
For the most part, for me at least, a lot of the recommendations are for databases and features that are not mission critical and I don't want to be instantly reminded, but the incidents are pressing issues and we can define those incidents (I think). / comments

This is my biggest issue with response so far.
I am also a small network admin and have some databases that are not in production and so want to ignore the alerts for them, but not for others on the same server.
Teh product works great otherwise, so please add this high on the wish list. I would think even bigger DBA's could use this. / comments
