Hi Mike, Thank you for your post. When the profiler shows the status "waiting for client" it usually means that it's waiting for the web application to start and load the .NET framework (the profiler doesn't hook in and start gathering data until the .NET framework loads). If this is not the issue then pleas let me know and I will raise a support ticket for you. / comments

Hi Isaac, Thank you for your post. We do have videos for SQL Prompt and for snippets specifically although it covers sharing snippets with others in the team. Are you importing snippets from an old machine to a new machine? If so what file format are those snippets saved as? / comments

Hi Isaac, Just to be sure, was this in the context of moving the snippets from one machine to another? There isn't a specific option for importing Snippets, If you're using the actual Import button, this is for the SQL Prompt Options, not snippets. / comments

Unfortunately, our Licensing client doesn't do to well with non-persistent machines. There's no ideal way to run the software on this sort of environment. With it being a non-persistent machine and users getting a "fresh" machine each time, they will be required to login with their Redgate ID each time. You could also try capturing the files at C:\ProgramData\Red Gate\Licenses, and see it that has any effect, although I cannot guarantee it will. / comments

Hi htcolburn, Thank you for your post. When you mentioned that this issue was not happening across the board, is it constantly affecting the same users? Or does it only happen to a handful of people each time, but a different handful of people each time (maybe some overlap)? / comments
