Hi - Thanks for reporting it. I can confirm it's a bug which we have a fix for but haven't released in a new version just yet.

That looks like it's a WMI connection error, which may mean that WMI is disabled on that computer, or blocked or can be an authentication issue even though it doesn't say it is ( e.g. we've seen this when trying to connect cross-domain (i.e. from an account in one domain which has been made an admin on a computer in another domain). We're looking at doing more testing here as it may just be the way our domains are set up ) / comments
