I've seen this issue come up repeatedly and as far back as 2004 in these forums. I've got hundreds of tables that I have to go through individually when I attempt to generate a change-script to check and see if there are any differences other than the "NOT FOR REPLICATION" option. Having the option to ignore that setting would be extremely useful.
I would be eternally grateful if this option was added in the very near future. In the meantime, has anyone found any kind of workaround for this, other than re-creating a copy of the database without replication?
Thanks,

I have exactly the same error with virtually the same setup except I have Windows 7 Ultimate.
I tried to repair first, then uninstalled and reinstalled several times and couldn't resolve it. Then I uninstalled the RC and reinstalled the 0.4.1.2 version successfully.
I used the built-in error reporting tool to send Red-Gate notification of the error. Let me know if there are additional reproduction steps needed.
Thanks. / comments
