Unfortunately that build contains a bug which causes it to crash on startup if SQL Data Compare is not installed. A workaround would be to install a trial version of Data Compare from http://www.red-gate.com/products/sql-development/sql-data-compare/. / comments

ANTS_Performance_Profiler_6.2.0.13.exe is the installer package itself - it's not a replacement for the 6.1 binary.
The update is distributed as a zip rather than a single file because it contains two separate installers - one for the performance profiler, and one for the Visual Studio add-in. / comments
