I needed to get this fixed so I removed this oart of the toolbelt and used the latest version to re-install and it corrected the problem. Still not sure what the original issue was though. Dave / comments

Hi, Just upgraded 8.0 to 8.1.0.4 and now the application will not restart, says encountered a problem and needs to close. Any suggestions? Thanks Dave
