Thanks for the feedback. I have put this into our bug tracking database. The alaising functionality seems to be giving people some problems so we will be doing a lot more testing in that area. Lionel / comments

We will definatly add some more menu items in there with something like a 'What is this entry' and maybe an 'about dialog' as it is very confusing atm. Should have done that before the beta really [image] . Lionel / comments

The column picker should hopefully help you in navigateing through this database. The idea is that you will be able to explorer the tables and see what columns are in each table. You should then be able to select the columns that you are interested in and have them added to the select list. Lionel / comments

It sounds like the beta version was still running when you installed the new version. If you bring up task manager and in the processes tab you need to look for the RedGate.SQLPrompt and kill the process. If you have rebooted already it should just work. / comments

Thanks a lot for the bug report. Unfortunately this is a known bug with our update client and is unlikely to get fixed for this release. I would be interested in how many people run SQL Prompt as a non admin to try and get an idea of how much of a problem this is. Lionel / comments
