Hi Jonathan,
This is a known bug with SQL Response (SSR-1212 in our bug track system)
This is due to be fixed for the next release of SQL Response (which is due to be released Q1 2009)
Restarting the SQL Response Alert Repository service may fix the issue temporarily.
It would be helpful if you could email me your SQL Response Alert Repository log files. They can be found on your Alert Repository at [ALL USERS]\Application Data\Red Gate\Logs\SQL Response Alert Repository 1 .
Cheers,

Hi Patrick,
I've had quite a close look at the code responsible of this issue and I've drawn a bit of a blank so far.
Could you please uninstall and reinstall the SQL Response Client and let me know if this help at all.

Hi Patrick,
I'm sorry you are seeing this issue. Which version of the SQL Response Client are you using?
Does this happen on a specific alert type or just in general?
Thanks,

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback. I've logged your feature request to display and configure processes based alerts by process name as issue SSR-1350.
I think this would solve both of your issues and we will consider this for a future version of SQL Response.

Hi,
SQL Response is licensed per physical SQL Server, irrespective of instances.
For a cluster you will require a license for each node. In your case, you will need 3 licenses. Typically our sales team will be able to negotiate you some sort of discount for passive node licenses.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
You can pick the database you wish to run the script against by clicking the small + next the the server in the "configure database distribution list" dialog. This should show you a list of the database on that server. These can then be added to your distribution list.
We are already considering added your 2nd piece of feedback to SQL Multi Script in a future release.
Cheers,

Which version of windows and SQL Server?
Are you using the trace feature of SQL Response?
What sort of CPU utilisation are you seeing one the server when response is enabled and when it is disabled?

Hi xdai,
Could you check that the maintenance plans executed successfully. An error occurring in any step of the plan could be causing SQL Response to not register the integrity check.

Hi Adrian,
Sorry to hear about the issues you are seeing.
Could you email the log files for you Alert Repository ( C:\ProgramData\Red Gate\Logs\SQL Response Alert Repository 1 )
Could you also send me the following details about the sql server which has the trace file issue:
The versions of SQL server you are running on the server
Whether there is a default instance or not
Where the trace files are being created on the harddrive ( they should be named sqlresponse*.trc )
Thanks,
