Hi, This error indicates that WMI data collection is not working as expected. Could you please verify that the user account you are using to connect to the host machine and SQL Server has required permissions. The list of permissions could you found here: http://www.red-gate.com/supportcenter/C ... 340335.htm Also, SQL Monitor uses various data collections methods. Could you also please test that these are working in your environment. Hi, Thanks for your feedback. This has been changed in 2.1 release. Now the emails display time in base monitor time zone. Please upgrade to 2.1. Here is one sample email. ID: 65539 SQL Server: sql2008 Machine: machine1 Alert type: Blocked process Level: Low Time raised: 16 Dec 2010 09:18 AM (UTC+01) The time raised is the base monitor local time instead of UTC. Hi, This is the step you will have to follow: 1. Install the Web Server on the DMZ network. 2. Open a firewall port (port which you are using to connect from web service to base monitor) from DMZ to your internal network so that web service can connect to base monitor service. Since you are not moving your base monitor and all the server which you are monitoring are inside the internal domain hence you shouldn't require any further set up. Thanks, Priya / comments

Apologies, if it is not very clear. We will review the description for next release. Backup overdue alert is raised if a backup doesn't exist in last x days (as per your configuration). So even though you created a new database, it will be not raise alert unless no backup is done for x days. Regards, Priya / comments
