Hi keymoo,
You can either open the SQL Backup GUI, select Tools>Optionss and set the Log file folder location or edit the following registry key on each server :
HKLM\Software\Red Gate\SQL Backup\BackupSettingsGlobal\<instance name>\LogFolder
I hope this helps. / comments

Hi,
Have you tried restoring/copying over the local copy of that transaction log backup to see if it's also corrupted?
If you wish to continue log shipping and have a corrupted backup with no other copies, the database will need to be reseeded.
You could try restoring the log to a point in time, it may work but I am unsure if SQL Server goes through the whole restore and then rolls back to that point or only restores up to that point and then stops.
If it's the latter and your file is corrupted part way through you may be able to restore to before that corruption point and have the database available.

Hi,
It looks like you will need to either restore the full backup and all subsequent transaction log backups if you have them up until the corrupted file or reseed the database with a full backup if this is a log shipping scenario.
I apologize you encountered this problem. / comments

Hi John,
What error message did you encounter when originally trying to restore the corrupted file?
Did you try converting it to Native format using our sqb2mtf tool and restoring again?
Thanks, / comments

I have created another script which more suits your needs.
The script will read file names from a directory and overwrite existing databases/create new databases on a server.
If you are interested in this script please e-mail support@red-gate.com and put this forum posting in the subject/content.
It is a little big to paste here.
Thanks, / comments

Hi anil_d,
Did you take any backups of the LoadTest database?
Without a backup to restore from the chances of retrieving your data are most likely slim.
You could try a data recovery tool specific to SQL Server but I do not have any recommendations and have not used any products myself.
I apologise I can't be of more help.
Thanks, / comments

Hi Derek,
Could you please e-mail us the script that you are trying to run?
If you could also include a SQL Compare snapshot of the source and destination that would be useful.
Please e-mail them to support@red-gate.com quoting Call reference number F0016496.

Hi,
Unfortunately we don't have anything that matches your specific requirements.
Have you tried our Log Shipping Monitor Tool? This won't send you a daily e-mail reporting the status but it could be looked at to quickly see if everything is working correctly.
You can download it from : http://labs.red-gate.com/index.php/Log_Shipping_Monitor
