notification from log shipping

Sirs:
I'm on my third day of testing 'log shipping'. I maintain quite a few SQL Servers at different locations, it would be nice if the app could notify me that things were going well.

I don't want a 'failure' notification, I'm looking for *one* daily notification of status. (I've got it set to ship every 15 minutes). I'd like that to come from the backup server, not the live server.

Anything like that possible?

    Unfortunately we don't have anything that matches your specific requirements.

    Have you tried our Log Shipping Monitor Tool? This won't send you a daily e-mail reporting the status but it could be looked at to quickly see if everything is working correctly.
