Hi Jason A, Apologies for the delayed response. To confirm you don't require Acrobat on any of the Redgate Monitor component servers for this. I'll reach out to you directly to arrange getting a copy of your log files, be keen to see the erroring reported and if we can assist in diagnosing why this isn't working for you. Hi Michael Sullivan, Apologies for delayed response. Looks like I can replicate the same behaviour on my side for SQL Server on a couple of platforms when there are no errors to display. Can you advise the platform hosting this entity? Have raised internally with our development team to try amend/remove the erroneous looking banner when there are now error log entries to be displayed here. Hope to have further news for you soon. Proxy Configuration in Redgate Monitor
If using a proxy, you will need to configure Redgate Monitor to use your proxy settings.
Go to the machine running the base monitor service.
Open file %PROGRAMDATA%\Red Gate\Redgate Monitor\RedGat...
