Autoscroll/Pan feature isn’t working as expected in SQL Multi Script

**Environment:**
- Application version: 1.7.7.4596
- OS/browser: Windows 11 Enterprise
- Hardware: standard mouse wheel

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Open a script which populates the script panel
2. Click the middle-mouse button (mouse wheel).
3. Observe that the autoscroll arrows do not appear.

Other panes have this ability but the script pane does not.

**Expected Result:**
Arrows appear and moving the mouse in the direction of an arrow smoothly scrolls the pane.

**Actual Result:**
No autscroll arrows appear
