SQL Clone AI

Hi all

 

I've been trying to open the new SQL Prompt AI (received an email about it yesterday) and I get a prompt box (for about 2 seconds) followed by this:-

I'm running SSMS 21.6.17 on a Windows 11 machine.

 

None of the other RedGate products seems to have an issue

.

 

Anyone any ideas?

    Please can you ensure that this endpoint is unblocked on your end?
    *.redgate-platform.com
     
    To be more specific, it would be api.prod.prompt.redgate-platform.com that needs to be unblocked.

    I'm not sure how to check an endpoint, can you advise?

    It looks like my colleagues can use it without issue if that helps

    The exact steps to follow will depend on your server configuration and any additional spam protection software your organization has in place so you may need to liaise with your IT team will need to do this.
