Anyone having issues with License for SQL Prompt.
We renewed our license in March 2006 for a extra period of 3 years and was successfully confirmed new expiration date in 2029, but suddenly SQL prompt stopped working and there is no license in the portal. I cannot believe this will be a billing issue if the portal was already showing successful payment and activation of license for 3 more years. How this could happen? Opened several tickets and they were quicky marked as resolved with the note that message was forwarded to Sales dept. Why a ticket will be marked as solved if no resolution as been provided to user. I have been a customer since 2017 and now seems like is time to look for better options/alternatives to RedGate products..
