SQL Source Control Indicators SSMS 22

Getting Source Control to work with SSMS 22 by installing v8.1.2.22759 seems to have worked however, Indicators such as linked databases and changes are not appearing. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Please can you upgrade to the latest version to see if this fixes the issue?

    I'm using 8.1.3.22807 and do not have SQL Source Control indicators on the Object Explorer databases in SSMS 22.2.1

    This is still a problem in version 8.1.9.23509 and SSMS 22.4.1

    Any assistance is appreciated

    Hi all,

    This is unfortunately an issue due to the changes in SSMS 21 & 22s with it's order of operations.

    To workaround this, if you open SSMS, open SQL Source Control tab, then close and re-open SSMS the icons should now display correctly
