Hi John,
Thanks for reaching out to Redgate Support and sorry to hear you are having a little trouble with your SQL Prompt installation. Would you be able to share a screenshot of what SQL Prompt is ‘bringing up’ for authentication?
What kind of authentication method are you utilizing when you authenticate against your server instance? Entra MFA? SQL Server Authenticaiton? Windows Authentication? Hopefully with a little clarification we can figure out exactly what is preventing you from using Prompt.

I am using SQL Prompt 11. My company recently updated our MFA to use a passkey. This is causing an issue with SQL Prompt. I believe it is related to the browser that SQL prompt is brining up for authentication. I had to change SSMS 21 to use an external browser for our new pass key to work. I do not have that option for SQL Prompt. Is there a work around for this? I am unable to use SQL prompt for any Cloud databases now because of this.
